I am a development professional working with CARE India in the Gujarat 
Province.  We are planning to work on a new project which tries to address 
the underlying causes of poverty of the most vulnerable community belonging 
to this area.

It was great to hear aboout the vulnerability analysis tool from you.  Will 
it be possible for you to pass more information on this.
