REWARDS FROM INNOVATION

Perhaps I am old fashioned and stuck in the mud but to me the prize from a
successful innovation is to see farmers using and benefiting from its adoption.
Even better if the farmers think that it was their idea in the first place, as
this implies that your extension work has been well done?
Even more better if farmers take your innovation and improve upon it which, in
my experience they often do usually by simplifying it.
Thank you
