support to Andy Hall's contribution

I strongly support the approach explained by Andy Hall. The thinking on
knowledge production also influences the approach of Urban Harvest, which
works with multi-institutional interdisciplinary teams in our target cities.
In our experience leads to rather rapid impacts from research to policy --
the example is the legislative review of Ordinances governing urban farming
and food handling in Kampala, Uganda. Farmer participation is at two levels,
conventional PRA techniques in data gathering, and public participation in
legislative review.
