A good contribution from Andy Hall. A different perspective upon much of that which has gone before. I hope that he is not a lone voice in the wilderness! Here are some suggestions as to how DfID might assist developing countries in setting themselves on the road to self sustaining agricultural development. Excellent. Worthy of consideration and elaboration into a significant part of the overall DfID development strategy. Hopefully some thoughts will emerge from me over the next few days on this. Thanks Andy!
