Dear Colleagues, 
These suggestions made by Paul Mundy that reports from projects should be 
available "in electronic format and make them available on CD-ROM and the 
Internet" and to leave hard copies in the institutions of the host countries 
are 
excellent ones.  I work in Zimbabwe and unless one has access to the donor 
offices then various reports and extension materials are jealously hoarded and 
not available, meaning that one has to start again from scratch.  Lets get 
those 
materials on the web so we can all benefit.
